Booking Policy
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Royal Stay Islamabad. A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to secure your booking. Rates are quoted per room per night unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund where applicable. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Check In
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking upon arrival.
Check Out
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may be charged. Please settle all incidental charges before departure.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest's account or payment method on file.
Smoking
All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will apply for smoking violations in room or unauthorized areas.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been granted by management. Approved pets may be subject to additional fees and specific room assignments.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected during booking is used solely for reservation management, communication, and service improvement.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Partial stays, early departures, and non-refundable promotional rates are excluded unless required by law.
